Arizona: Exploring Sedona and Phoenix

This month I traveled to Arizona. We stayed in Phoenix and took a day trip up to Sedona to explore the beautiful desert town and redrocks. I love mixing nature, travel, and photography. Here is a photo recap of my three favorite Arizona destinations:

White Tank Mountain Regional Park – 30 miles from Phoenix

Sedona – 116 miles north of Phoenix

Sedona is easily one of my favorite places I’ve visited out west. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever explored. The redrocks are absolutely stunning and the drive from Phoenix to the town is adventurous as you travel through mountain range and land full of cacti.

Chapel of the Holy Cross – 780 Chapel Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336

Sedona Airport Scenic Lookout – 1156 Airport Rd #540, Sedona, AZ 86336

An amazing spot for overlooking views of the town and surrounding redrocks.
