The Minnesota Instagram-famous, single soft-serve ice cream food truck, MN Nice Cream, has found itself a permanent home in North East Minneapolis, MN. The newly opened ice cream shop is uber cute and the perfect place to satisfy any sweet tooth or do-it-for-the-instapic craving. Their sugary treats are fun, absolutely picture-worthy and can be made into all sorts of creative concoctions with the plethora of wacky and extravagant toppings offered.

In the above picture, from left to right, we ordered the Camper Cone, Berry Nice, Cookie Monster and another Camper Cone from their Specials menu. You can customize your treat as you wish, or you can order one of their creative specials. Some of the toppings you can choose include oreo, butterfinger, fudge, cookie dough, puppy chow, fruity pebbles, popcorn, glitter and so much more!

If you like soft-serve ice cream and want a summer spot to check out in the Twin Cities, I’d definitely recommend it! We went on a Sunday afternoon and there were zero lines and no issues finding parking.  The parlor is situated next to a brewery and there is plenty of outdoor picnic table seating.
