Strolling through SoHo

I don’t think I’ll ever love a town as much as I love SoHo. It’s cute. Quaint. And everything a girl could dream of. It makes me so excited to move to New York in less than two months to explore more of it and the rest of the city. I can’t wait to return to window shop and check out all of the adorable little restaurants.

“SoHo” refers to the area being “South of Houston Street.” SoHo is so chic. Ultra luxurious. And ofcourse, ultra expensive. The shops that line the cobblestone streets offer upscale products and designer clothing items that are worth hundreds of dollars. It’s the kind of place you window shop, not necessarily buy. There is so much artsy personality and the architecture makes it one of the coolest NYC neighborhoods aesthetically. A lot of tourists visit to gawk, point, and take in the sights.

I love the atmosphere. The air is upscale, classy, and restrained. It’s also one of the most well maintained and cleanest parts of New York I’ve been to yet. It’s elegant and truly beautiful. Think Jimmy Choo, Prada, Gucci, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and more. It’s a charming town that is simply a shopper’s paradise.

Every store we visited we were greeted so kindly. Everyone was so welcoming and took the time to answer any questions we had. With a town so posh I was curious as to what the vibe would be like but I quickly fell in love with it. My favorite shop from the trip? Louis Vuitton. Never could I ever spend that much on shoes or any item, but they were pretty 😍

We girls had a fun time exploring and walking through the stores. It was the perfect mother-daughter day.

While Soho is mostly known for the variety of shops and boutiques, it’s also the location of many artists’ lofts and art galleries. We walked through one shop where some of the art for sale was over $60,000.

“Book of life”

SoHo is located in Lower Manhattan and is the perfect picturesque town. I love how New York City is so diverse and full of neighborhoods to explore. I can’t wait to visit again. I am literally counting down the days.
